In an interview with H3 Podcast that she was raised by her grandma until she reached the age of 3. Then she was adopted to Kenneth Taylor an American expat and their wife Eden. Poarch explains that during the subsequent 10 years she was mostly in charge of taking care of household chores as well as working at the farm.
